Delete your Era account

App: Era

Developer: feeling great LTD

Last updated: 2026-05-07

This page explains how to delete your Era account and the personal data we hold about you. Era is operated by feeling great LTD (128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom).

1. Delete your account from inside the app (fastest)

If you still have Era installed and can sign in:

  1. Open Era on your device.
  2. Tap the You tab in the bottom bar.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
No further action is required after confirming. The in-app flow wipes both your account on our servers and the local data on your device in a single step.

2. Request deletion by email (if you can't access the app)

If you have uninstalled Era, lost access to your sign-in method, or cannot use the in-app flow for any reason:

  1. Send an email to delete@feeling.gg.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my Era account.
  3. Tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google, email magic link, or anonymous device account) and include the email address associated with that sign-in. If you used an anonymous account and don't know your account ID, describe when you started using Era so we can locate your record.

We will verify your identity (typically by replying from the matching account email or asking a follow-up question), complete the deletion, and confirm in writing. We aim to complete verified requests within 7 days, and in any case within 30 days as required by applicable law.

3. What gets deleted

Whether you use the in-app flow or email us, the following are permanently deleted:
